Sharelle Rosado was born on October 16, 1987, in Columbus, Georgia, to Dennis “Danny” Rosado, a US Army veteran of Puerto Rican descent, and an African-American mother. In the Army, she served for 13 years as a paratrooper. She advanced to became a Sergeant first class and completed two deployments to Afghanistan. She learned leadership skills while she was in the Army, which later helped her build a successful business.

After medically retiring from the military due to a traumatic brain injury, Sharelle decided to move into the real estate business. While in the Army, Sharelle earned a degree in Human Resources which came in handy for her when she founded Allure Realty in Tampa, Florida, in 2019.

She expanded her business to Miami and Charlotte after becoming successful in selling luxury properties to high-end clients.

Sharelle became a popular figure in the real estate world in 2021 when she appeared on the Netflix show ‘Selling Tampa’. The show focused on how she built her career and her real estate firm through her wit and leadership.

Since Sharelle became a popular figure through Selling Tampa, she has appeared on several podcasts and shows. She has shared her journey as a businesswoman and a caring mother during her appearances on the screen. On the ‘I Am Athlete’ podcast, she shared how her military background helped her build a successful business.

Sharelle’s story has inspired many women to start their own businesses and be leaders. She has been very vocal about the challenges she faced and how she kept going no matter what through the ‘Humble Baddies Podcast’.
